จริงๆ แล้วสีฟ้าพวกนี้เป็นสารเคมีทางการเกษตร เช่น สารป้องกันเชื้อรา ที่เขาใช้ฉีดพ่นบนพืชผักอย่างต้นหอมครับ ซึ่งแม้จะไม่ค่อยมีความเป็นพิษ แต่ก็ควรจะล้างออกให้มากถึงที่มากได้นะครับ
พวกสารสีฟ้าที่ตกค้างในต้นหอมนี้ มีคำอธิบายจากเกษตรกร (จาก https://kasetgo.com/t/topic/806) ว่าอาจจะเป็นพวกสารเคมีทางการเกษตรที่ใช้ใส่ลงไป แล้วตกค้างอยู่ ล้างออกไม่หมด เช่น ปุ๋ยเม็ดเคมี (ที่สีฟ้า) หรือสารป้องกันกำจัดโรคพืช ตัวอย่างเช่น สารโปรพิเนบ และสารคอปเปอร์ ไฮดรอกไซด์ ซึ่งถ้ารับประทานเข้าไปเพียงเล็กน้อย ก็คงไม่เป็นอะไร แต่ถ้าร่างกายได้รับในปริมาณมาก ก็อาจจะเป็นอันตรายได้
