จากกรณีดาราสาวชาวไต้หวัน อ้างว่าถูกตำรวจตั้งด่านตรวจแล้วไถเงิน 27,000 บาท จนสร้างกระแสในโลกโซเชียลและสังคมส่วนใหญ่ ก่อนที่ทางตำรวจจะมีการเรียกคนขับรถโดยสารที่ดาราสาวนั่งในคืนเกิดเหตุมาให้ปากคำแล้ว 2 คน นั้น
ความคืบหน้าเมื่อเวลา 12.30 น. วันที่ 29 มกราคม 2566 พล.ต.ต.อัฏธพร วงศ์ศิริปรีดา ผบก.น.1 เปิดเผยว่า ได้มอบหมายงานให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสืบสวนลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบกล้องวงจรปิด กล้องหน้ารถ รวมถึงหาพยานหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ ส่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่กองพิสูจน์หลักฐานตรวจสอบแล้ว ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่
อย่างไรก็ตามภาพวงจรปิดที่ถูกเปิดเผยผ่านสื่อ ต้องขอตรวจสอบก่อนว่ามีการตัดต่อหรือไม่ เบื้องต้นทราบว่าเป็นภาพกล้องวงจรปิดของกรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนเรื่องชายชาวจีน 3 คนที่มากับสาวไต้หวัน ขณะนี้ตำรวจยังอยู่ระหว่างการติดตามตัว โดยยังไม่ทราบชื่อ และกล้องวงจรปิดปรากฏหน้าไม่ชัดเจน จึงยังอยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบ
พล.ต.ต.อัฏธพร กล่าวต่อว่า จากการโพสต์ข้อความของสาวไต้หวันนั้น ทางตำรวจไม่สามารถห้ามการโพสต์ข้อความได้ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ได้เก็บรวบรวมทุกข้อความการโพสต์ไว้เป็นพยานหลักฐานแล้ว ส่วนทางตำรวจก็จะหาหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ พร้อมพยานหลักฐานอื่นๆ มาเป็นเครื่องยืนยัน และพิสูจน์ข้อเท็จจริงในเหตุการณ์นี้
