ตำรวจทางหลวงเปิดปฏิบัติการ Highway Black Market รวบยกแก๊ง “อาร์ม กำแพงแสน” หลอกจำนำรถ พบเป็นนายทุนใหญ่ตลาดมืด แบ่งหน้าที่กันทำ ซื้อขายรถโจรกรรม เงินหมุนเวียนนับร้อยล้านบาท
เมื่อเวลา 13.00 น. วันที่ 17 มกราคม 2568 ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 2 กองบังคับการปราบปราม (บก.ป.) พล.ต.ต.คงกฤช เลิศสิทธิกุล ผบก.ทล. พ.ต.อ.บุญลือ ผดุงถิ่น รองผบก.ป. รอง ผบก.ทล. พ.ต.อ.ภคพล สุชล ผกก.2 บก.ทล. พ.ต.ท.กล้า สมบัติพิบูลย์ สว.ส.ทล.1 กก.2 บก.ทล., พ.ต.ท.วรฉัตร ฉลวยแสง สว.ส.ทล.2 กก.2 บก.ทล. และ พ.ต.ต.โจ เสาร์ประโคน สว.ส.ทล.6 กก.2 บก.ทล. ร่วมแถลงข่าว ตำรวจทางหลวงนำกำลังร่วมกับ สภ.เมืองปทุมธานี เปิดปฏิบัติการ Highway Black Market ทลายขบวนการโจรกรรมรถส่งขายข้ามแดน
จากการปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้สามารถจับกุม 1 นายอมรเทพ หรือ อาร์ม กำแพงแสน อายุ 31 ปี เป็นนายทุน 2 นายสนทยา อายุ 42 ปี ทำหน้าที่เป็นหัวหน้ากลุ่มนักบิน 3 นายธีรชัย อายุ 39 ปี ทำหน้าที่เป็นนักบิน 4 นายณรงค์ อายุ 33 ปี ทำหน้าที่เป็นนักบิน 5 นายประจักษ์ อายุ 38 ปี ทำหน้าที่เป็นนายหน้าหลอกรับจำนำรถ 6 นายเมธี อายุ 27 ปี ทำหน้าที่เป็นนายหน้าหลอกรับจำนำรถ 7 น.ส.วิยดา อายุ 25 ปี ทำหน้าที่เปิดบัญชีรับเงินที่ได้จากการหลอกรับจำนำรถ พร้อมตรวจยึดของกลางเป็นรถเก๋ง รถกระบะยี่ห้อต่างๆ และรถไถนา ที่ผู้เสียหายนำมาจำนำรวมทั้งสิ้น 25 คัน ถูกเก็บไว้ที่โกดังของนายอมรเทพ ในพื้นที่โกดังจอดรถ ต.พระแท่น อ.ท่ามะกา จ.กาญจนบุรี
พล.ต.ต.คงกฤช เผยว่า สำหรับปฏิบัติการดังกล่าวสืบเนื่องจากก่อนหน้านี้มีผู้เสียหายนำรถไปจำนำผ่านเพจเฟซบุ๊กชื่อ “รับจำนำจอดรถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ทุกชนิด” ด้วยวงเงิน 80,000 บาท ก่อนมีการนัดหมายส่งมอบรถให้กับเพจดังกล่าวนำไปจอดเก็บไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักประกัน แต่เมื่อผู้เสียหายชดใช้เงินที่กู้ยืมมาให้กับเพจดังกล่าวจนครบ กลับไม่สามารถไถ่ถอนรถกลับคืนได้ รวมถึงถูกบล็อกตัดช่องทางติดต่อ ทำให้เชื่อว่าถูกหลอก จึงนำเรื่องร้องขอความช่วยเหลือกับตำรวจทางหลวง รวมถึงแจ้งความดำเนินคดีไว้ที่ สภ.เมืองปทุมธานี ก่อนเจ้าหน้าที่จะประสานข้อมูลสืบสวนร่วมกัน
จากแนวทางการสืบสวนทราบว่า แก๊งเปิดเพจเฟซบุ๊กหลอกจำนำรถกลุ่มนี้ทำกันเป็นเครือข่ายอาชญากรรม แบ่งหน้าที่ชัดเจน โดยมีนายอมรเทพ หรือ อาร์ม กำแพงแสน เป็นนายทุนใหญ่อยู่เบื้องหลัง รถส่วนใหญ่ที่หลอกลวงมาจากผู้เสียหาย ถูกนำไปโพสต์ประกาศขายในกลุ่มซื้อขายรถหลุดจำนำ เป็นกลุ่มตลาดมืดที่มีการซื้อขายรถที่ถูกโจรกรรมมาในรูปแบบต่างๆ ก่อนจะถูกส่งไปขายต่อที่ชายแดนประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ผ่านทาง อ.ทองผาภูมิ จ.กาญจนบุรี ทำเช่นนี้มานานกว่า 2 ปี ที่ผ่านมาพบข้อมูลการซื้อขายรถโจรกรรมให้กับกลุ่มนายทุนทั้งในประเทศไทยและจากประเทศเพื่อนบ้านมาแล้วกว่า 100 คัน เงินหมุนเวียนในบัญชีกว่า 100 ล้านบาท จึงรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานขออำนาจศาลจังหวัดปทุมธานีออกหมายจับนายอมรเทพกับพวก จนนำมาสู่การตามจับกุมตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้ง 7 รายได้ดังกล่าว
เบื้องต้นแจ้งข้อหา ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชน และโดยทุจริตหรือหลอกลวงนำเข้าสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์อันเป็นเท็จโดยประการที่น่าจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ประชาชน นำตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้งหมดส่ง สภ.เมืองปทุมธานี ดำเนินคดี ส่วนรถของกลางนำส่ง กก.5 บก.ป. ตรวจสอบหาเจ้าของรถที่แท้จริงต่อไป
