ออกประกาศฉบับ 4 ขึ้น “ธงแดง” เตือนน้ำท่วมหาดใหญ่ แจ้งอพยพชาวบ้าน ขณะที่เย็นวานนี้ น้ำซัดกระบะตกลงในคลองทุ่งงาย ยังหาคนขับไม่เจอ
จากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในพื้นที่ จ.สงขลา ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า เมื่อช่วงเย็นวานนี้ (28 พ.ย.) เกิดเหตุน้ำซัดรถยนต์กระบะอีซูซุ ตอนครึ่ง ทะเบียน ผต 565 สงขลา ตกลงไปในคลองทุ่งงาย หลังตลาดนัดบ้านทุ่งงาย ต.คอหงส์ อ.หาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา ทั้งรถและคนถูกกระแสน้ำพัดพาลอยไปในคลอง ห่างจากจุดที่ตกลงไปราว 1 กิโลเมตร ก่อนที่จะไปหยุดนิ่ง มีเพียงหลังคาโผล่พ้นน้ำ ส่วนคนขับ ทราบชื่อต่อมา นายวีรยุทธ วุฒิสันติกุล อายุ 67 ปี ถูกน้ำพัดหายไป ยังหาไม่เจอ
จากการสอบถามผู้ที่เห็นเหตุการณ์ทราบว่า ตอนเกิดเหตุ รถกระบะคันนี้ได้ขับฝ่ากระแสน้ำที่ค่อนข้างลึกและไหลเชี่ยว ก่อนที่รถจะดับกลางสะพาน โดยคนขับได้ลงมาจากรถแล้ว แต่ตอนยืนอยู่ข้างรถถูกกระแสน้ำซัดรถกระบะและพาคนขับลงไปในคลองทั้งคนทั้งรถหายไป โดยทางหน่วยกู้ภัยมูลนิธิมิตรภาพสามัคคีท่งเซียเซี่ยงตึ้งหาดใหญ่ ได้ส่งนักประดาน้ำลงไปงมค้นหาคนขับที่คาดว่า อาจจะติดอยู่ที่รถ แต่ยังไม่พบ
เบื้องต้นหน่วยกู้ภัยและชาวบ้านได้ช่วยกันดึงรถกระบะคันนี้ขึ้นมาจากน้ำแล้ว และจะค้นหาคนขับอีกครั้ง
ขณะที่สถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในพื้นที่รอบตัวเมืองหาดใหญ่ตอนนี้อยู่ในภาวะที่เข้าขั้นวิกฤติแล้ว โดยล่าสุดเมื่อช่วงค่ำที่ผ่านมา มวลน้ำที่เอ่อล้นมาจากคลองหวะ ได้ทะลักเข้าสู่ตัวเมืองหาดใหญ่ชั้นในทางด้านชุมชนจันทร์วิโรจน์ และชุมชนรัตนวิบูลย์แล้ว และอยู่ในภาวะเสี่ยงที่น้ำจะไหลเข้าสู่ย่านเศรษฐกิจการค้า ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ไข่แดงใจกลางเมืองหาดใหญ่ ที่อยู่ไม่ไกลกัน โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเฝ้าติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิด
ล่าสุด เมื่อช่วงเช้าวันนี้ (29 พ.ย.) เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ได้ออกประกาศ ฉบับที่ 4 เรื่อง ยกธงแดง ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ โดยระบุว่า เนื่องจากมีมวลน้ำจากนอกพื้นที่จำนวนมากได้ไหลเข้าสู่ทั้งคลองอู่ตะเภา และคลองหวะ ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำและกลางน้ำส่งผลให้คลองหวะ คลองอู่ตะเภา และคลองระบายน้ำที่ 1 ได้เอ่อล้น อาจจะเข้าท่วมพื้นที่ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ได้ โดยให้ประชาชนที่อาศัยในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ ให้อพยพเคลื่อนย้ายสิ่งของและเตรียมเข้าอยู่ในพื้นที่ปลอดภัย
